Method
- In a large robot coupe, combine mustard, honey, vinegars, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Pulse until mixed.
- While machine is running, slowly pour oil into mustard mixture to emulsify.
- Alternate method:
- In a tall-sided container, combine mustard, honey, vinegars, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Using an immersion blender, mix ingredients well.
- With blender on, slowly pour oil into mustard mixture to emulsify.
- If dressing looks too thick, a small amount of water may be added to thin it.
