Method

  1. In a large robot coupe, combine mustard, honey, vinegars, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Pulse until mixed.
  3. While machine is running, slowly pour oil into mustard mixture to emulsify.
  4. Alternate method:
  5. In a tall-sided container, combine mustard, honey, vinegars, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  6. Using an immersion blender, mix ingredients well.
  7. With blender on, slowly pour oil into mustard mixture to emulsify.
  8. If dressing looks too thick, a small amount of water may be added to thin it.
