    pre heat oven to 325*

  • Preparation Instructions:

    for the crust: cream the butter with sugar until light. Combine the flour and salt in mixer and mix on low, add butter until mixed. Spread the dough onto a sheet pan. Chill. Bake crust for 15 - 20 minutes, then cool.



    For the Filling, whisk together the eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and flour. Pour overthe cooled crust and bake for 30 -35 minutes, until filling is set. cool to room temp, and dust with confectioners sugar.
