  • Preparation Instructions:

    1. Cut garlic head in half across the equator, wrap in foil and roast in a 350 degree oven for an hour until golden brown and soft
    2. Mince garlic
    3. Reserve oil and add all other ingredients to a blender
    4. Begin blending and then slowly drizzle in the oil as you blend
    5. Refrigerate until ready to use
