Butter the parchment paper and place 20 slices of bread down on pan. Place 2 pieces of bacon (or around .62 ounces of cooked bacon) and 1.5 oz of cheese on each piece of bread. Top with another slice of bread. Butter the top piece of bread. 20 servings per sheet pan.
Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. 1 sandwich = 1 serving
