1. Cut sweet potatoes into sticks about 3/4 inches thick.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Preparation

1. Mix oil with Thai red chili paste.
2. Pour over potatoes and stir to coat. Add salt and stir again.
3. Spread on parchment-lined sheet pans in a single layer.
4. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Minimum internal temperature should be 140 degrees F. or above.
