Pre-Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Preparation
1. Place 30 bratwurst per hotel pan with 2 cups of water. Cover with parchment & foil.
2. Cook in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
3. Remove bratwurst and place in a new pan.
Serving
Reheat Instructions:
1. Add two cups water to pan.
2. Reheat in 350 degree oven for about 20 min. uncovered.
Serving:
Serve two halves of bratwurst on a bun with sauerkraut.
