    Freeze tofu over night.
    Thaw completely, squeeze liquid by hand.

  • Preparation Instructions:

    Dice into bite size pieces.
    Toss with oil, soy sauce and szechuan. Weigh into fishtubs.

  • Serving Instructions:

    Bake at 375 degrees on sheetpans for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve over brown rice.
