Instructions
Pre-Preparation
1. Freeze tofu overnight.
2. Thaw completely, then squeeze liquid out by hand.
3. Dice tofu into bite size pieces.
4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Preparation
1. Toss tofu with oil, soy sauce, and szechuan paste.
2. Spread tofu onto lined sheetpans being sure the pieces aren’t overlapping.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
Serving = 1 Cup (5oz.)
Recommendation: Serve over brown rice.
