1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Roast peppers whole in 375-degree oven for about 30 minutes. Remove seeds and dice.
3. Dice celery and onions.
4. Peel and dice sweet potatoes.
5. Make stock from base and water.
Preparation
1. Saute celery and onions in oil.
2. When soft, add peppers and sweet potatoes.
3. Cover with water/stock, season with salt, and then bring to a boil.
4. Cook until potatoes are soft.
5. Once potatoes are soft, add the cumin and garlic powder, then burr mix everything until smooth.
