Record keeping is an essential part of serving school lunch, not only is it a requirement, but it can serve as a tool to maximize your efficiency and minimize waste.

Use our site to simplify your record keeping.

First choose "recipe type" from the drop down menu, next select the recipe that you plan to serve. For menus with multiple recipes, continue to add recipes by clicking, "Add" until you have all the recipes selected for your day of service. Next click, "Create" and your custom production record will be created and downloaded to your computer in an excel format that you can then continue to complete.
