    Blend together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamaon and salt. Using mixer, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat into flour mixture. Stir in oats, dried fruit, and walnuts.
    Drop by tablespoons onto prepared sheet pans. Bake about ten minutes. Cool Completely.
