Pre-Preparation

1. Prepare roasted garlic:
a. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
b. Cut garlic bulb in half across the equator then wrap in foil.
c. Roast at 350 degrees for about an hour until golden brown and soft.
d. Once cooled enough to touch, peel the garlic cloves.

Preparation

1. Puree roasted garlic with salt and olive oil.
2. Mix in dried parsley.
3. Slice loaves in half (lengthwise - open face) and place on parchment lined sheetpans (6 loaves per pan).
4. Brush each side of bread with garlic mixture.
5. Put tops back on bread.
6. On day of service, bake bread in 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes until the edges start to get golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and slice each loaf into 8 pieces.
