    Ratio - 1 part rice to 1 part water.

    Place rice and water in bowl of rice cooker.
    Stir well. Cover with lid.
    Turn on rice cooker.

    Do not lift lid until rice cooker indicates that the rice is ready.

  • Serving Instructions:

    If using rice in another recipe, cool rice on sheetpans and store, covered, in the walkin.

    If using for service, transfer to 2-inch hotel pans and hold hot according to HACCP SOP.
    Rice may also be served straight from the rice cooker if it makes sense for the service line.
