Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. To make the buffalo sauce, combine BBQ sauce and hot sauce.

2. Make the homemade Ranch Dressing:
Ingredients:
MAYO
MILK
YOGURT LF PLAIN
SPICE GARLIC GRANULATED
JUICE LEMON
SPICE CHIVES
SPICE DILL
SALT KOSHER
SPICE PEPPER BLCK
SPICE PARSLEY
SOUR CREAM
a. Blend all ingredients together and set aside.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Preparation

1. Mix 7lb. of chicken with 3.5 cups of the buffalo sauce per pan until fully combined. 1 pan = 32 portions.
2. Heat the chicken in the pans at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
3. Assemable sandwiches:
a. Place 4oz. of chicken onto a Hoagie roll.
b. Drizzle 0.5oz. of ranch dressing on top of the chicken.
c. Serve sandwiches immediately.
