Pre-Preparation
1. Thaw cheeses and mix together.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Preparation
1. Mix spices together in a bowl.
2. Place chicken in hotel pans, add the spices, and mix together until chicken is well coated.
3. Cover pans with parchment and foil.
4. Heat covered chicken in hotel pans at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
5. Line sheetpans with parchment paper.
6. Lay 14 hoagies openfaced per pan.
7. Place 2.5oz of heated chicken on each bun.
8. Top each sandwiched with 1/2oz. of the cheese mix.
9. Place in oven uncovered for about 10 minutes until cheese melts.
10 Serve sandwiches immediately.
