Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. Cook pasta in salted water.
2. Toss pasta in 2/3 of the oil amount.
3. Shred carrots.
4. Slice the green onions.
5. Chop the cilantro.
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Preparation

1. To make the sauce, mix soy sauce, remaining sesame oil, lime juice, vinegar, and brown sugar with ginger, cilantro, and crushed red pepper.
2. Per pan: Mix 12.5oz of vegetables, 3 cups of sauce, and 9lb of noodles.
3. When ready to serve, heat the noodles at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.

Serving

Serving = 4oz.
Suggestion: Serve with eggrolls.
