  • Preparation Instructions:

    Roast garlic using sub roasted garlic recipe.
    Puree roasted garlic with salt and olive oil. Mix in dried parsley. Slice loaves in half (lengthwise - open face) and place on parchment lined sheetpans (6 loaves per pan). Brush each side of bread with garlic mixture. Put tops back on bread.

  • Serving Instructions:

    Reheat bread in 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes until edges start to get golden brown. Remove from oven and slice each loaf into 8 pieces.
