1. De-stem, wash, and chop kale.

Preparation

1. Mix together honey, salt, pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, and oil.
2. Combine dressing with kale and cranberries. Let sit overnight.
3. The next day wash, core and dice apples.
4. Add to marinated kale and mix to combine.

Serving

Serving = 1/2 cup (1.5oz)
