Instructions

Pre-Preparation

  1. Drain tofu (use a perforated pan or fine strainer to remove excess liquid).

Preparation

  1. Combine tofu and remaining ingredients in a container.

  2. Blend with an immersion blender or blender until smooth and homogeneous.

  3. Label, date, and place in the cooler.

  4. Hold cold until service at 41°F or less. Use within 7 days.
