Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. Cut chicken thighs into strips.
2. Dice onion.
3. Mince ginger and garlic.

Preparation

1. In a tillt skillet, heat oil and butter over medium-high heat.
2. Add onions and saute until slightly transluscent.
3. Add ginger and garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
4. Add chicken and all spices and saute until everything is cooked through.
5. Add the tomato sauce and heat for about 1-2 minutes.
6. Add the yogurt and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Serving

Elementary Serving = 1/3 cup (2.4oz)
Suggestion: Serve over rice
