Pre-Preparation

1. Freeze tofu over night.
2. Thaw completely, then squeeze liquid by hand.
3. Dice tofu into bite size pieces.
4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Preparation
1. Toss tofu with oil, soy sauce, and szechuan paste.
2. Spread tofu onto lined sheet pans, being sure pieces are not overlapping.
3. Bake tofu at 375 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
Serving = 3/4 Cup (4oz.)
Recommendation: Serve over brown rice.
