Instructions
Pre-Preparation
1. Melt butter.
2. Oil hotel pans with spray oil.
3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Preparation
1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add in yogurt, eggs, melted butter, honey, sugar, and water to the dry ingredients.
3. Combine all ingredients together to form a batter.
4. Pour 3lb 6oz into each hotel pan.
Note: The batter will look thin, but will rise when baking.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
6. Cut each pan into 21 (2oz.) slices.
