Instructions

Pre-Preparation

Red Potatoes, cooked, unpeeled yield 97%
Onions, raw, chopped yield 88%
Celery, diced yield 83%
Pickles, drained yield 64%

1. Make the homemade Ranch Dressing:
a. Blend together:
MAYO
MILK, 1%
YOGURT LF PLAIN
SPICE GARLIC POWDER
JUICE LEMON
CHIVES FRESH
SPICE DILL DRY
SALT KOSHER
SPICE PEPPER BLCK
SPICE PARSLEY FLAKE
SOUR CREAM

2. Scrub potatoes then cut into large dice/wedges.
3. Dice celery.
4. Julienne onions.
5. Drain and chop pickles.
6. Dice chicken if not already diced.

Preparation

1. Boil or steam potatoes until tender.
2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
