Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. Cook rice according to package instructions the day before service and cool overnight following proper HACCP procedures.
2. If cooking rice the day of service, cook rice according to package instructions and cool following proper HACCP procedures before using in recipe.
Note: Recipe is best using cold leftover rice.

Preparation

1. Place banana, milk, honey, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla in blender or use an immersion blender to puree until smooth.
2. In tilt skillet or kettle, combine rice and banana mixture.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.

Serving

Serving = 1/2 cup of pudding or 6.9oz.
