Preparation

1. In saucepan, heat berries and first water amount for about 10 minutes.
2. Crush berries as they are cooking.
3. Bring to a boil, lower heat, and add sugar. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Mix cornstach with second water amount. Add to berry mix.
5. Heat 4 min. until thickened.

Serving

Serving: 1/2 cup (4oz.)
Suggestion: Serve warm with bannock bread.
