Pre-Preparation

1. Wash and de-stem kale - Be sure to use large pieces of kale in recipe.
2. Wash and slice peppers.

Preparation

1. In a large pot or tilt skillet over med-high heat, add olive oil.
2. Add kale to the pot and stir.
3. Add water and continue to cook until the kale turns a bright green and the water is absorbed.
4. Toss in the red peppers and salt and stir to combine.

Serving

Serving = 1/2 Cup (1.3oz)
Serve hot
