Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. All fruit used in recipe should be frozen.

2. Prepare the homemade granola:
Homemade Granola Ingredients:
OIL OLIVE CANOLA BLEND
OATS ROLLED
SPICE CINNAMON
SALT KOSHER
HONEY (First amount)
COCONUT FLAKES UNSWEETENED (First amount)
SUNFLOWER SEEDS RAW
CRANBERRIES DRIED
a. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
b. Mix together all ingredients, except for cranberries.
c. Spread 3.5lb per sheetpan.
d. Bake in oven at 200 degrees low fan for about 1.5 hours.
e. Once cooled, mix 3 cups of dried cranberries per sheetpan of granola.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Preparation

1. Blend together the frozen pineapple, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, yogurt, honey, and milk.
2. Toast the coconut on sheet pans at 350 degrees F. for about 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
3. Assemble to smoothie bowls:
a. 6oz. of smoothie
b. Top with 1/4 cup (2oz.) of homemade granola
c. Top with 2 Tbsp of toasted coconut
