Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Finely chop the chives.

Preparation

1. In a food processor, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, baking powder, and butter. Pulse until the mixture is crumbly.
2. In a mixer, combine the dry crumbly mixture with the eggs and milk for about 1-2 minutes or until just combined. DO NOT OVERMIX or the product will become tough.
3. Fold in the shredded cheddar and chopped chives.
4. Using a 1/3 cup scoop, place 15 biscuits onto parchment lined sheet pans.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden.
6. Drizzle the biscuits with 1 Tbsp of honey each before service.
Note: Can substitute regular honey with hot honey for additional flavor
