Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, honey, and mustard until well combined.

  2. Combine the dressing with the shredded Brussels sprouts and mix thoroughly.

  3. Cover and chill for about 2 hours before service to allow flavors to develop.

  4. Cold hold for service following HACCP guidelines.
