Slice mozzarella logs into 1 oz. slices.

Slice Roma tomatoes into 1/4 oz. slices.
Preparation
Assemble sandwich:
- Spread 1 Tbsp of pesto per bun: ½ Tbsp on the bottom and ½ Tbsp on the top of each slider bun.
- Place 1 slice of mozzarella and 1 slice of tomato on the bottoms of each slider bun.
- Place the tops on each slider bun.
