  • Cucumber: 98%

  • Onion: 88%

Pre-Preparation

  1. Wash produce as needed.

  2. Peel, seed, and dice cucumbers into small cubes.

  3. Peel and dice onions into small cubes. 

  4. Finely chop mint.

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a container.

  2. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender or blender until smooth.

  3. Adjust consistency by adding water while blending as needed.

  4. Label, date, and place in the cooler.

  5. Hold cold until service at 41°F or less. Use within 7 days.
