Preparation

  1. Combine mustard, sugar, and vinegars in a container; blend with an immersion blender or blender until fully dissolved.

  2. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil to emulsify.

  4. Cover and refrigerate; hold cold until service at 41°F or less.
