  • Green onion, sliced: 83%

Pre-Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut heads of garlic in half across the equator, wrap in foil, and roast at 350°F for about 1 hour until golden brown and soft. Cool.

  3. Peel and mince the roasted garlic and the fresh ginger.

  4. Thinly slice the green onions.

Preparation

  1. Toast sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and aromatic.

  2. Stir toasted sesame seeds into the soy milk and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Add all ingredients to a container and blend until smooth using an immersion blender or blender.

  4. Keep refrigerated at 41°F or less until service.
