Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut heads of garlic in half across the equator, wrap in foil, and roast at 350°F for about 1 hour until golden brown and soft. Cool.

Peel and mince the roasted garlic and the fresh ginger.

Thinly slice the green onions.
Preparation

Toast sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and aromatic.

Stir toasted sesame seeds into the soy milk and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Add all ingredients to a container and blend until smooth using an immersion blender or blender.
