  • Deli turkey: 70%

  • Cooked bacon: 40%

Pre-Preparation

  1. Slice cheese into 0.75 oz slices.

  2. Thinly slice turkey into 0.75 oz slices.

  3. Lay out bacon on sheet pans and cook 12–15 minutes at 350°F. Drain grease and cool.

  4. Keep oven preheated to 350°F.

  5. Line sheet pans with parchment.

Preparation

  1. Place 15 bagel bottoms per sheet pan, bottom side down.

  2. Place 2 pieces of bacon, 1 slice of cheese, and 2 slices of turkey on each bagel bottom.

  3. Heat sandwiches with the top of the bagel off at 350°F until the cheese starts to melt, approximately 8–10 minutes.

  4. Once heated, place the top of the bagel onto each sandwich.

  5. Wrap sandwiches in foil sheets for service and serve hot.
