Slice cheese into 0.75 oz slices.

Thinly slice turkey into 0.75 oz slices.

Lay out bacon on sheet pans and cook 12–15 minutes at 350°F. Drain grease and cool.

Keep oven preheated to 350°F.

Line sheet pans with parchment.
Preparation

Place 15 bagel bottoms per sheet pan, bottom side down.

Place 2 pieces of bacon, 1 slice of cheese, and 2 slices of turkey on each bagel bottom.

Heat sandwiches with the top of the bagel off at 350°F until the cheese starts to melt, approximately 8–10 minutes.

Once heated, place the top of the bagel onto each sandwich.

Wrap sandwiches in foil sheets for service and serve hot.
