Pre-Preparation

  2. Remove seeds and small dice bell pepper.

  3. Peel and shred carrots.

  4. Chop broccoli into florets.

Preparation

  2. Add cheddar cheese and vegetables; mix to combine.

  3. Use a #6 scoop (3/4 cup) to portion onto tortillas.

  4. Spread evenly and roll.
