Pre-Preparation

  1. Wash strawberries, hull (remove the top and the pale flesh directly underneath), and small dice.

Preparation

  1. With a paddle or metal spoon, mix yogurt, milk, syrup, salt, and chia.

  2. Portion 1 1/4 cups of the yogurt mixture into cups and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Top each cup with a 4-oz spoodle (1/2 cup) of strawberries before service.

  4. Hold under refrigeration below 40 °F until service.
