Wash strawberries, hull (remove the top and the pale flesh directly underneath), and small dice.
Preparation

With a paddle or metal spoon, mix yogurt, milk, syrup, salt, and chia.

Portion 1 1/4 cups of the yogurt mixture into cups and refrigerate overnight.
