Pre-Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Wash, peel, and mash bananas.
Preparation

Cream together honey and applesauce in a mixer using the paddle attachment for 2 minutes.

Add mashed banana, nut or nut-free butter, vanilla, and salt. Continue to mix.

Add in oats, whole wheat flour, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.

Fold in chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries.

Use a #10 scoop to scoop dough on lined sheet pans and slightly flatten.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and set.
