Pre-Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Wash, peel, and mash bananas.

Preparation

  1. Cream together honey and applesauce in a mixer using the paddle attachment for 2 minutes.

  2. Add mashed banana, nut or nut-free butter, vanilla, and salt. Continue to mix.

  3. Add in oats, whole wheat flour, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries.

  5. Use a #10 scoop to scoop dough on lined sheet pans and slightly flatten.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and set.
