  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  1. Assemble sandwiches on a sheet pan:
    a. English muffin bottom
    b. Turkey sausage
    c. Egg patty
    d. English muffin top
  2. Heat on sheet pans in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10–12 minutes.

Note: Sandwiches can also be made ahead of time, wrapped, and frozen. Heat wrapped, thawed sandwiches on a sheet pan for about 12–15 minutes on the day of service.
