Pre-Preparation

  1. Wash onions and dill thoroughly under running water.

  2. Thaw tuna under refrigeration at 41°F or less, then drain well.

  3. Thaw peas under refrigeration at 41°F or less.

  4. Dice onions.

  5. Chop dill.

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice.

  2. Add drained tuna, thawed peas, diced onions, and chopped dill; mix until evenly combined.

  3. Cover and hold cold until service at 41°F or less.

  4. Assemble sandwiches as close to service as possible; cut each in half.

Serving
