1. Thaw edamame.
2. Mince ginger.
Preparation
1. Mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add oil, ginger root, and red pepper flakes. Whisk to combine.
3. Transfer edamame to solid full-size 2-inch pans.
4. Pour dressing over edamame and stir to coat with dressing.
5. Refrigerate to chill and cool to internal temperature of 40 degrees F. or below and hold for service.
