Pre-Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Line sheet pans with parchment paper.

Preparation

  1. Toss the wings with oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

  2. Spread wings on the lined sheet pans in a single layer.

  3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until slightly crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. Remove wings from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce (use 1 cup of hot sauce per 10 pounds of wings).

  5. Hold hot until service at 140°F or higher.
