Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Preparation

1. Toss wings together with salt, pepper, and oil.
2. Spread wings onto lined baking sheets.
3. Bake wings for about 20 minutes or until slightly crispy, reaching temp of 165 degrees F.
4. Remove wings from the oven and toss in hot sauce (1 cup sauce for 10lb of wings).
