Instructions
Pre-Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook the liquid eggs in a skillet and scramble until cooked through.
- Crumble the precooked turkey sausage.
- Combine the mozzarella and cheddar to make a cheese blend.
Preparation
- Place pizza crusts on parchment-lined sheet pans.
- Top each crust with 1 cup red salsa.
- Add 1 lb of the cheese blend per crust.
- Add 4 oz crumbled turkey sausage and 14 oz cooked scrambled eggs per crust.
- Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Cut each pizza into 8 slices.
