    Wash all vegetables
    Remove seeds and small dice bell pepper
    Peel and shred carrots
    Chop broccoli

  • Preparation Instructions:

    1. Mix together softened cream cheese, yogurt, dried herbs and spices
    2. Add cheddar cheese, vegetables and mix to combine
    3. Use a #6 scoop (3/4 cup) to dish onto tortillas.
    4. Spread evenly and roll
    5. Cut in half for service
