    Cooked, drained ground beef yields 74%
    2 hotel pans per 100 servings

  • Preparation Instructions:

    Cook ground beef and drain fat.

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Grease hotel pans
    3. Mix marinara and water together.
    4. Weigh out 1.5 lbs. of noodles per hotel pan.
    5. Add 6 qt of marinara and water mix to each pan of noodles.
    6. Weigh out 1 lb of mozzarella and 4lbs of cooked ground beef per hotel pan (first mozzarella amount).
    7. Mix all ingredients well.
    8. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
    9. Top with remaining 0.5 lb of mozzarella (second amount) per pan and 0.5 lb parmesan cheese per pan.

  • Serving Instructions:

    Serve with 4 oz spoodle (1/2 cup)
