- Wash, peel, and remove seed from avocado.
Preparation:
- Blend together avocado, corn starch, and almond milk.
- Warm the mixture in a saucepan and bring to a simmer until the temperature of the sauce reaches 145°F.
- Allow the sauce to thicken until it coats the back of a spoon.
- Once thickened, add seasonings and lemon juice.
