Pre-Preparation
- Thaw chicken under refrigeration at or below 41°F.
- Wash all produce as needed.
- Shred the carrots.
- Thinly slice the peppers and green onions.
- Peel and mince the garlic and ginger.
Preparation
- Cook spaghetti in boiling water for about 5 minutes or until al dente.
- Sauté the shredded carrots, peppers, and green onions until soft, about 5–10 minutes.
- Add the chicken and cook about 5-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Blend together the garlic, ginger, hot sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil using an immersion blender, blender, or whisk.
- Mix in the sauce with the chicken and vegetables, cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the spaghetti and stir to combine all ingredients.
- Hold hot until service at or above 140°F.
